Photo editing software is a tool to edit your photos. Often it is required to either resize or transform the image format or convert the same into different colour of the image.Many people use such software to enhance their photos for better presentability. Some use it for fun and some other will use it to send specific message. Nowadays such software are also used for different image processing related research works also. As usual there are many alternatives and it is often a difficult task to select the best out of them. Following points can help you in this regard:

f. Images must have the option to be exported into other formats like jpg to bmp and vice-versa.
g. Copying and pasting of edited images must be allowed
h. Compatibility with MS or other Office publishing tools must be available
i. Proper tech-support must be provided
j. Features/Price >1 required
